Face Data Handling

Certain features (e.g., "Similar Face") analyze facial feature points in uploaded photos. The following protections apply.

Aspect Our Practice
Purpose Identify facial feature points solely to apply the requested visual effect. Face data is never used for identification, profiling, authentication, or any other purpose.
Processing Photos are transmitted to and processed on secure, encrypted servers for the duration of effect generation only.
Retention Once the effect is delivered, the original photo and all derived facial data are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers. We do not store facial data beyond this point.
Sharing We do not share, sell, license, or trade your facial data with any third party under any circumstances.

How to Request Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data. To submit a deletion request:

  1. 1 Open the WizFlower AI app on your device.
  2. 2 Navigate to Settings → Support → Contact Us.
  3. 3 Select "Delete My Account & Data" as the subject.
  4. 4 We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days. All personal data will be permanently erased, except data we are legally required to retain.
Response Time

We aim to respond to all privacy requests within 30 days of receipt. For complex requests, we may require up to 90 days and will notify you of any extension.
